Foyer Floral is a Las Vegas, Nevada service-area business that places and refreshes flower arrangements in business lobbies. You can reach us any time at hello@foyerfloral.com.

• Information you give us in the booking form: business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address or ZIP, the arrangement size and business type you're interested in, an optional preferred trial date and time, and any notes you add. We use this only to contact you about your free trial and, if you continue, to provide the service.
• Basic technical information: standard web server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) generated when you visit the site.
• Cookies: we use only cookies and similar local storage needed for basic site function, such as keeping you signed in if you have an account. We do not run advertising trackers.

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and deliver a trial arrangement, service an ongoing subscription, send you service-related email, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information, and we don't send marketing email to people who haven't asked for it.

Submissions are stored in our hosted database and are accessible only to authorized Foyer Floral staff through a password-protected admin area. We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and communicate with you:

• Website and database hosting providers
• An email delivery provider, used to send notifications and confirmations

These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep booking enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and, where relevant, for our business and tax records — typically no more than three years after our last contact with you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@foyerfloral.com and we'll respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
