Terms of Service

Foyer Floral places premium preserved, silk, and low-care plant arrangements in business lobbies across the Las Vegas valley and swaps them on an agreed schedule. We're a service-area business — we come to you. Availability depends on your location, and we'll confirm we serve your area before scheduling.

We drop off one arrangement at no cost and leave it in place for about a week. There is no obligation to continue. If you decide not to, we collect the arrangement at a mutually convenient time. The arrangement remains our property throughout the trial, and we ask that it stay in the agreed location and be kept in reasonable condition.

Current plan prices are published on our website. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and include the arrangement, delivery, and scheduled swaps. Buy & keep purchases are billed once up front, with a per-swap fee charged when a swap is performed. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. If we change prices, we'll give you notice before your next billing cycle.

No lock-in contracts. You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing hello@foyerfloral.com. You pay only for what you've already received; the current billing period isn't prorated, and service continues until it ends. On cancellation of a monthly plan, we'll arrange to collect any arrangements you don't own.

You agree to give us reasonable access to the placement location during normal business hours for delivery and swaps, and to keep arrangements away from damage risks such as direct heat or heavy traffic. Damage or loss beyond normal wear may be charged at replacement cost for arrangements you don't own.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use of the service means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
